Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bella Designs. We value your business and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds & No Returns

1.1 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason other than a product arriving damaged.
1.2 Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

2.1 If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. To qualify, you must follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.

  • Email your request to bellaballoondecor@gmail.com with your order number and details of the damage.
    2.2 Once we review your request, we will determine if you qualify for a replacement or store credit. If approved, we will provide further instructions.
    2.3 Items reported as damaged after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or credit.


3. Return Shipping for Damaged Items

3.1 If a return is required, you are responsible for the return product postage. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
3.2 Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
3.3 Failure to return the damaged item within the specified time frame may result in the denial of your replacement or credit request.


4. Exchanges

4.1 We do not offer exchanges unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
